How to Prepare Your Artwork
Getting your file right before you upload saves time and ensures your stickers look exactly the way you envisioned. Here's what you need to know:
File Formats We Accept
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) give you the sharpest results at any size because they scale without pixelation. If you're submitting a raster file (PNG or JPG), make sure it's at least 300 DPI at your intended print size.
Color Mode
Set your file to CMYK color mode for printing. RGB files will be converted during production, which can sometimes cause subtle color shifts — especially with bright blues, purples, and neons. If accurate color matching matters to you, provide CMYK files and reference your Pantone values.
Safe Zone & Bleed
Keep all important content — text, logos, key design elements — at least 0.1 inches from the cut line. For designs with color or graphics going to the edge, extend your artwork 0.125 inches beyond the cut line as bleed. This ensures no white edges appear if there's any minor shift during cutting.
