At Outta PHX Print Shop, all orders require full payment before production begins. This policy outlines our accepted payment methods, production terms, shipping responsibilities, color variation standards, and chargeback guidelines. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Payment Requirements

Full payment is required before any order enters production. Orders will not be scheduled, queued, or started until payment is confirmed and artwork is approved. Orders may be delayed or canceled if:

  • Payment is incomplete or declined
  • Billing information cannot be verified
  • A transaction is flagged by fraud prevention systems
  • Artwork has not been submitted or approved
Pricing Notice: Prices, production times, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price locked in for your order.

Secure Checkout: All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Outta PHX Print Shop does not store full credit card information on our servers.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times are separate from production times. Your order is produced first, then shipped. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. Outta PHX Print Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays or disruptions
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Carrier scanning delays or tracking errors
  • Lost or delayed packages once accepted by the carrier
Important: Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping address before completing checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address submissions.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available at our Phoenix, Arizona location at no additional charge. You will receive a pickup notification once your order is completed and ready. We're conveniently located in North Phoenix, easy to reach from Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and most of the Valley.

Local Tip: Local pickup is the fastest way to get your order — no carrier wait time, no shipping fees. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip shipping entirely.

Color & Print Variations

Printed colors may vary slightly from digital screen previews. This is standard across all custom printing methods and is not considered a production defect. Variation factors include:

Monitor calibration and screen color profiles
Print material and substrate type
Ink limitations and CMYK conversion
Fabric type and texture
Production method and equipment
RGB vs. print color space differences
Color Matching: Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically arranged in advance. If precise color accuracy is critical for your order, contact us at 602-702-3480 before placing your order to discuss options.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Customers agree to contact Outta PHX Print Shop directly regarding any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. By submitting payment and approving artwork, customers acknowledge acceptance of:

  • Product specifications and descriptions
  • Production methods and timelines
  • Approved artwork and design layout
  • All applicable shop policies

Fraudulent chargebacks for completed custom orders may be disputed using the following documentation:
