Refund policy
At outta Phoenix Print Shop, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and great customer service. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help, within the guidelines below.
Return window
We accept returns or replacements within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns for any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on items that have had DTF transfers pressed onto a substrate (e.g., shirts, mugs, etc.).
- Custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Low-quality image policy
There are no refunds for low-quality images. We print what you upload.
Please make sure your artwork is clear and high resolution. If you submit blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images, we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange for the product.
Reporting damages
If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 3 days of delivery to request a return or replacement. After 3 days, we can’t guarantee coverage.
If the product is damaged:
- We will cover the return shipping cost.
- You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item before approval.
Return shipping costs
If you’re returning an item for reasons other than damage or our error, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and adding insurance to protect your package during transit.
How to start a return
- Email or call us to request a return or replacement.
- Once approved, we’ll email you the return instructions along with a shipping label.
- Print the label, pack the item securely, and send it back.
Please do not ship any items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return:
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Products not in original condition
- Products made from low-quality images submitted by the customer
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that qualify for a return. If a product is not eligible for return, it is also not eligible for exchange.
Once your return is accepted, you can request an exchange within 7 days. If we don’t receive a request, we’ll automatically issue the refund to your original payment method.
