Shipping policy

At Phoenix Print Shop, we do our best to make sure your orders are processed quickly and delivered on time. Here's everything you need to know about how our shipping works.

Shipping Within the USA Only

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Standard Shipping

We offer standard shipping for all orders with the following details:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-04:00) Atlantic Standard Time (Blanc-Sablon) will be processed the same day or by the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day.
  • Transit Time: After your order is processed, it typically takes 1 to 2 business days to arrive.
  • Total Delivery Time: From the time you place your order, you can expect to receive it within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Orders between $0 to $500 have a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
    • Orders $500.01 and above will have a shipping fee free.

Express Shipping

If you need your order urgently, we also offer express shipping:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM (GMT-04:00) Atlantic Standard Time (Blanc-Sablon) for same-day processing.
  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped the same day if placed before the cut-off.
  • Transit Time: Express orders are delivered within 24 hours.
  • Total Delivery Time: You'll receive your express shipment in 1 business day.
  • Shipping Cost: The flat rate for express shipping is $50.00, regardless of the order amount.

Important: Express shipping is only available after speaking with us directly. Please call us at +1 480-217-5690 to confirm express delivery before placing your order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. If you don’t receive tracking info, feel free to contact us.

Entering the Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you accidentally enter the wrong address and the order is returned to us, we can resend it, but you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address entries.

Changing the Shipping Address

Need to change your address after placing an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the shipping address only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it's on the way, we can’t make any changes.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes. If your package seems delayed beyond the normal delivery window, please reach out, We’re here to help.
