SHIPPING POLICY
Outta PHX Print Shop ships orders within the United States. Below are our shipping rates, production schedules, and dispatch cutoffs.
SHIPPING RATES
- Orders totaling $200 or less: $9.99 flat-rate shipping per order.
- Orders totaling more than $200: free shipping.
- Express shipping is not offered.
SAME-DAY SHIPPING
The following products qualify for same-day dispatch when the order is placed and the artwork is approved and print-ready before the applicable cutoff:
- DTF transfers
- UV DTF transfers
- Sublimation prints
- Photo prints
- Foam boards
- Stickers
- Yard signs
All cutoff times are Phoenix, Arizona local time (MST, UTC-7):
- Monday through Friday: before 3:00 PM.
- Saturday: before 1:00 PM, ahead of our 2:00 PM UPS pickup.
- Sunday: closed; no dispatch.
Orders placed after the cutoff, or with artwork that is not approved and print-ready before the cutoff, do not qualify for same-day dispatch.
BUSINESS CARDS AND OTHER PRODUCTS
Business cards require 3 business days of production once the artwork is approved and print-ready, before shipping. Carrier transit time is additional.
For products not listed above, contact us to confirm production and shipping timing before placing a time-sensitive order.
SHIPPING TIME VERSUS DELIVERY TIME
Same-day shipping means your order is dispatched the same day; it does not mean same-day delivery. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier and begins after dispatch. We do not promise delivery within 24 hours.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.
ENTERING THE WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you accidentally enter the wrong address and the order is returned to us, we can resend it, but you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address entries.
CHANGING THE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Need to change your address after placing an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the shipping address only if your order has not shipped yet. Once it is on the way, we cannot make any changes.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes. If your package appears delayed, contact us so we can help review its tracking status.
