At Outta PHX Print Shop, we work hard to provide fast production times, accurate order processing, and reliable shipping for customers across the United States. By placing an order with Outta PHX Print Shop, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms.

Production Times

Production time and shipping time are separate. Your order goes into production first — then ships. Estimated production times vary depending on:

  • Product type and order quantity
  • Artwork approval and file readiness
  • Material availability
  • Current production volume

Many orders qualify for same-day or next-day production depending on scheduling and artwork readiness.

Important: Estimated production times are not guaranteed. Orders with missing artwork, low-resolution files, or pending approvals may experience delays. Get your files ready before ordering to keep things moving fast.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship via the following carriers depending on package size, destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated shipping times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only — they are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather events
  • Carrier-side delays
  • Holidays and peak shipping volume
  • Transportation interruptions
Heads Up: Once your package is accepted by the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. Outta PHX Print Shop is not responsible for delays that occur after carrier acceptance.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing after all three of the following are complete:

  • Payment is completed
  • Artwork is approved
  • Files are confirmed ready for production

Orders with missing artwork, low-resolution files, or pending approvals may experience production delays. Submitting print-ready files at 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds is the fastest way to get your order into production.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Outta PHX Print Shop is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses submitted by customers
  • Undeliverable packages
  • Returned shipments due to address errors
Important: Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests caused by customer-submitted address errors. Always double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a shipment is accepted by the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. If your package appears lost or delayed:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
  • Notify our team as well — we'll assist wherever we can

Outta PHX Print Shop is not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues after shipment acceptance, but we'll always do our best to help you find a resolution.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide all of the following when submitting your claim:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged products
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Written description of the issue
Important: Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for review. Don't wait — document the damage and contact us the same day your order arrives.

Local Pickup — Phoenix, AZ

Skip shipping entirely. Local pickup is available at our Phoenix, Arizona location. You'll receive a notification once your order is completed and ready.

Local Tip: Phoenix Valley customers in Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Glendale often choose local pickup for the fastest possible turnaround — no carrier wait time, no shipping fees.

Same-Day & Rush Orders

Same-day and rush production may be available for select orders depending on artwork approval timing, material availability, and current production schedule.

Important: Rush production does not guarantee fast carrier delivery. If you need your order by a specific date, select expedited shipping at checkout and contact us at 602-702-3480 before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on product type and destination country. Customers placing international orders are solely responsible for:

  • Customs fees and import taxes
  • Duties and tariffs
  • Additional international shipping charges

Outta PHX Print Shop is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees. Contact us before ordering internationally to confirm availability for your location.
