FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the minimum order quantity for custom circle stickers? There is no minimum. You can order as few as 1 sticker or as many as 10,000+. We print every quantity digitally, so there's no price penalty for small runs.
Can I order multiple designs in the same order? Yes. If you need several different designs printed together, contact us to ask about gang sheet options. It's often the most cost-effective way to get multiple designs in one order.
Are your circle stickers waterproof? Yes. Our vinyl circle stickers are finished with a weatherproof laminate coating that resists water, moisture, and humidity. They're safe for water bottles, outdoor surfaces, car windows, and more.
How long do the stickers last outdoors? Our vinyl stickers carry an outdoor durability rating of up to 5 years. UV-resistant inks and laminate coating protect against sun fading, rain, and temperature changes.
What file formats do you accept for artwork? We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for the sharpest results. If submitting raster files (PNG, JPG), please provide at least 300 DPI at your desired print size.
Do I get a proof before you print my stickers? Yes, always. Every order includes a digital proof review step. We won't run your stickers until you've approved the proof and confirmed the size, design, and finish look exactly right.
How fast will I receive my order? Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2–3 business days. Same-day production is available on qualifying orders placed before our daily production cutoff. Local Phoenix customers can pick up in-store.
Can I get circle stickers in a custom size? Yes. We cut stickers from 0.8 inches up to large format sizes. If you need a non-standard dimension, contact us and we'll confirm what's possible for your project.
What's the difference between gloss and matte finish? Gloss finish gives you a shiny, reflective surface that makes colors appear more vibrant and saturated. Matte finish is non-reflective with a softer, more subdued look. Both are professional and durable — it comes down to the aesthetic you want.
Do you offer removable adhesive options? Yes. Removable adhesive options are available, particularly for paper labels used in retail pricing and temporary applications. Let us know your use case when ordering and we'll point you to the right material.
Can I use circle stickers as product labels for food or cosmetics? Yes. Many of our customers use our round labels for food jars, candles, skincare, and handmade goods. For food-contact applications, we recommend selecting a material appropriate for your packaging type. Contact us if you're unsure and we'll help you choose.
