Collection: Personalized Memorial Foam Boards

Honor a loved one with a personalized memorial foam board from OuttaPHX. Choose a photo collage or a single-portrait tribute for a funeral, memorial service or celebration of life. Each physical board measures 24 inches wide × 36 inches tall and costs $49.99.

Choose a memorial photo board

Share treasured memories with the 12-photo Never Forgotten collage, an 18-photo heart collage or one of our other photo arrangements. For a tribute centered on one favorite picture, explore the classic portrait memorial board. Each listing explains how many photos its layout uses.

Personalize your tribute

Upload an original, high-resolution image for each photo space. Crop and reposition the pictures, add your loved one’s name and life dates where shown, and review the preview before ordering.

What is included?

Your order includes one printed memorial foam board. Easels, flowers and display accessories shown in the mockups are not included.

Which photos should I upload?

Choose clear original photos rather than screenshots or small social media copies. Mix portraits and shared memories for a collage, keeping faces visible when you adjust each crop.
