Frequently asked questions
Can I use a family picture or pet photo?
Yes. Family snapshots, couple portraits, cat and dog photos, and your own artwork can all be used. Upload an image you have permission to print.
What photo works best for this shape?
Use a portrait photo with some space above the head and below the subject to allow for cropping. A sharp, well-lit original image gives us the best starting point for printing.
Does the price include more than one magnet?
The price is for one personalized magnet. The photos show example designs; choose the quantity you want when ordering.
Will it stick to every refrigerator?
It needs a magnetic metal surface. Some stainless steel refrigerator doors are not magnetic, so test your intended spot with a magnet before ordering.
How should I care for my photo magnet?
Gently wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, soaking, and placing it in a dishwasher. Keep the magnet and display surface clean and dry.
Can I order locally in Phoenix or buy several?
Yes, you can order online from Outta PHX Print Shop. Check checkout for available pickup and delivery options, or contact us about larger quantities and timing.
