Convert your logo or artwork into a clean, machine-ready embroidery file prepared for professional stitching.

The $35 price applies to one design that has been reviewed and approved by our team before purchase. Please provide the finished embroidery size, placement, garment or material type, and the file format you need.

What is included

• Digitizing of one approved logo or artwork file
• Preparation for one agreed embroidery size and placement
• A machine-ready embroidery format such as DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, or another agreed format
• Basic stitch-path, density, underlay, and pull-compensation setup

How to order

1. Contact us and send your artwork for review.
2. Wait for confirmation that the $35 digitizing fee applies.
3. Purchase this service and upload your highest-quality artwork with complete instructions.

Complex designs may cost more. Large jacket-back designs, very small lettering, gradients, excessive detail, 3D puff, appliqué, patches, or artwork that must be recreated may require an additional quote. Significant resizing after digitizing may also require a new file or additional fee.

This is a digital service only. No physical product, embroidery, garment, patch, or shipping is included. Printing and production are sold separately.

Customers must own the artwork or have permission to use it. Digitizing fees become nonrefundable once work has started.
